* Affiliates or members of one of our partners. Must provide a valid certificate of membership. The reduced fee is applied also to attendees from lower-middle-income and low-income countries (see this table).
** PhD candidates or students enrolled at Universities, Academies, Educational Institutes, Schools, or Master’s Degrees. Must provide a valid certificate of attendance.
*** This fee grants only the possibility to follow all the conference presentations through Zoom. Presenters, instead, should register with a Regular (or a student/reduced) fee.
All rates are inclusive of VAT.
Regular, Reduced, and Student Registration Fees include full access to ICEM Keynotes, oral, and poster presentations, presentation of one abstract maximum (oral presentation or poster), daily guided meditations and practices, a conference bag, proceedings book (in digital format), and refreshments.
Virtual listener Fee includes full online access to ICEM Keynotes, oral, and poster presentations, daily guided meditations and practices, and proceedings book (in digital format). This service is not guaranteed as it also depends on the listener's network quality and technical equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent electronically to icemindfulness@gmail.com
Refund of registration will be as follows:
• Requests received before 1st October 2023: 50% refund
• No refund on cancellation from 1st October 2023
Liability
The conference organizers, CNR, Sapienza University, and our partners cannot accept liability for personal accidents, or loss of or damage to property of participants, either during or directly arising from attendance at the International Conference on Environmental Mindfulness. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
