Everything you need to prepare your presentation and plan your stay in Rome for the International Conference on Environmental Mindfulness.
Oral presentations are allotted 20 minutes, followed by 5–10 minutes for Q&A. Please plan your slides accordingly and rehearse your timing in advance — session chairs will need to keep to schedule for everyone's sake. A laptop and projector will be available in each room; we recommend bringing your slides on a USB drive as a backup, and arriving at your session room a few minutes early to test your file. The standard format is 16:9 (widescreen), and PDF is the safest option if you are using fonts, animations, or embedded media that may not translate across systems.
Posters should be in portrait orientation, A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm) — please check the confirmation in your acceptance email in case a different size was specified for your session. Please bring your printed poster with you: there is no on-site printing service organised for the conference. That said, there are several print shops (copisterie) in the area around the venue if you need last-minute printing once you arrive in Rome. Poster boards, pins/tape, and a dedicated space during the poster session will be provided.
